We've added multiple different segments to this program that are designed to keep you engaged, focused and accountable. Building your 2k time trial pace is our main goal.
Accountability: The sessions will be brutal, and commitment will be tough, that’s why we’ve added an “Accountability” section which requires you to fill out the dates to complete each session.
Testing: There are three testing periods in this running program, although we were content with positive reviews from the last, we want hard facts to show people how effective this style of running actually is.
Interactive: This is an interactive program, to get the most out of it, you are required to print and fill out any blank spaces!
