Gym Apparel and Journals:

We understand that errors can occur, and if you’ve encountered a mistake or error in your gym apparel or journal order, we’re here to assist. Please reach out to our dedicated support team at admin@ninetofivefitness.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the error to expedite the refund process.

Please note that refunds for gym apparel and journals are limited to mistakes or errors in the order. We do not accept refund requests for changes in preferences or sizing issues.

Gym Programs:

Our gym programs are designed to enhance your fitness journey, and once purchased, they are considered a one-time transaction. We do not offer refunds for any circumstance related to our digital gym programs.
